Karoly takacs

                           "Nothing is impossible"

  This story is specially for those persons who lost his hopes of become winner due to some minor problems. And I know after reading this story those persons inspired fully and will start walking on the way of our dreams.

   Now, I told you about the great soldier of Hungary army and the top most pistol shooter of the world. Who won the most of the medals of Olympics in pistol shooting competition. The name of that person was 'Karoly takacs'. The karoly takacs won the 'Gold Medal' in 1948 and 1952 of summer Olympics. And amazing thing was that he won the some medals with his only one left hand which is impossible for him.

  The karoly takacs born on '21 January 1910' in capital of Hungary. He had joined Hungary army. In 1936, the age of karoly was 26 he became the top pistol shooter. Already he won the all national and international medals in pistol shooting. And at the shown his winning efforts, the public of Hungary was totally believe on karoly takacs he will definitely win the gold medal in Tokyo Olympics, which will carried out in 1940. And will make a name for Hungary. That was  one of the dream of Hungary people as well as karoly takacs. After he was concentrated on the practice of Olympics.

   In 1938, Suddenly, dangerous accident had happened with karoly takacs. At the time of training of army in army camp the faulty hand grenade had been blast in his right hand. As a result, the best shooting hand means right hand of karoly was no more a part of his body. That was very worst news for all Hungary Peoples. They were lost them hope from karoly. But no one can stop the true champion like karoly. Instead of focusing what he had lost,he decided to focus on what he still had with his left hand. And then he decided to trained his left hand  to be the best shooting hand of the world. The hand with that he can't even write the single character, he decided to write the history with that hand. After the accident he had spent one month in hospital for treatment. But as soon as he came out of the hospital, he started his training of left hand.

   Just after one year in 1939, national championship was going in Hungary. Where karoly also came back. All shooters very happy to see him. And due to that accident of karoly, participate shooter had supposed karoly had came here to cheer them up. That time karoly reply to them, "I haven't come here to cheer up you. I have come here to compete you." After that few of them laughed to the karoly. Because no one have any idea the karoly was secretly training with his left hand from past one year. So the competition began. Excitement on the top. And karoly won the championship. His name literally spread every where.

   Now, waiting for Olympic which will carried out after one year in 1940. But the Olympic of 1940 was cancelled due to world war 2. He again decided not to give up and started to get prepared for 1944 Olympics. But again this was also cancelled due to world war 2. Hungary peoples was very sad. But karoly was not sad.

It was time like examine the patiens of champion. Again he continued his practice for next Olympic which was in 1948. But here one problem was that his age. The main factor of sport man his age. When karoly participated in 1948 London Olympic that time his age was 38. And he had to compete with fresh and most talented players in the world. Those best player has to compete with there best hand and karoly takacs compete with there left hand. It was nearly Impossible for old age player. But karoly will translated this word in I'm possible. In this competition, 'Carlos Valiente' had also came. And he asked to karoly, "what are you doing here ?". Karoly replied to him, "I am here to learn how to become a world champion". After that 1948 Olympic started. And miracle was that karoly takacs made his dream come true. He had became in '25 meter rapid fire pistol shooting competition' gold medalist  But he did not stopped here. He again participated in 1952 Olympic games. And again won the gold medal. 

  He wrote a history of consecutively two times won the gold medal in Olympic games. After Carlos Valiente comes at karoly and say, "You have learnt more than enough. Now it's time for you to teach me". Don't think that's the end of story. In 1956 at the age of 46, Karoly takacs again participated in 1956 Olympic held in 'Mailbourne'. But finished eighth and failed to win a third medal. Even he never stopped. Because "The real winner don't stop until the last day of our life ". He again participated in  '1958 ISSF world shooting championship' at the age of 48. And won a 'Bronze Medal in 25 meter center fire pistol shooting.

   He had won totally 35 Hungarian national shooting competition. And this great persons died on '5 January 1976'. The main purpose of this story is "Never loose the hope".
